I stumbled upon your guest post at Veggie Venture when I was googling to satisfy a gumbo craving, and I made this tonight. It was fantastic! I know this post is eons old, but I wanted to let you know that even my omnivore husband loved this dish. We're making your red beans and rice later in the week. Thank you!
