Oh man! I've already eaten dinner and I'm just about to go to bed but now I'm totally craving this cake! I was staring at it hoping it would jump out of the screen at me. Awesome picture!

Well, I made this cake for my husband's birthday on Friday. It was delicious! Thank you so much! He loved it, and everyone at his party loved it.
The only problem I had was that the two layers kept sliding off of one another (due to the slipperyness of the jelly against the frosting). Also, the frosting was a little runnier than I would have liked. Any suggestions? It tasted great though!
