My husband and I wanted to go on a diet for health reasons and stumbled upon The Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr and it has changed our way of thinking. It opened our eyes to the benefits of eating veggies and the downside of eating meet so we have been eating food without meat eggs or milk but I am running out of ideas and I really want to have a food guide. Thank you for sharing.
