2tablespoonsTofu-Cashew Mayo, silken tofu, or vegan mayo of choice
1tablespoonwhite balsamic vinegar
1clovegarlic, peeled
1small jalapeno pepper, seeds removed (or to taste)
1teaspoonmellow white(shiro) miso (or salt to taste)
1/4teaspooncumin
Instructions
Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth, stopping blender a couple of times and scraping down the inside to make sure that everything blends evenly. Refrigerate until chilled
