Yogurt-Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy yogurt or other plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic , pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • 4 teaspoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well in a small bowl. Add additional seasonings to taste.
