BBQ chickenish pasta salad~ 2 C. Cooked noodles, 1c frozen yellow corn, 2 cans black olives, can crushed tomato’s, can artichokes, can black beans (rinsed),sm can diced ortega’s chilis, sliced red onions, cup veganaise, 1/4c tofutti sour cream, 1/4 BBQ sauce (or to taste) 1 cup grilled chickenish product. Mix, chill, serve over a little arugula and top with sour cream, cilantro and daiya cheddar cheese product. ♥ Even my non vegan family members love it and its cool summer flavors. Try it…I think you will love it, though it isn’t fat free =(
This would also be great with avocado and diced sweet bell peppers.
Ps. I am new to veganism. My doctor starting me on this lifestyle change at least until my surgery and they find out if I have cancer or not. I am quite enjoying it. I love creating new recipes, posting them on facebook and learning tricks from others. Thanks for your site. I love it.
